How should I store my whiskey once I’ve opened it?
Keep your whiskey in a cool, dark place—away from sunlight and temperature swings. Make sure the cap is tightly sealed. If you’re a slower sipper, try to finish a bottle within 1–2 years of opening for optimal flavor retention.
What types of bourbon do you offer?
We currently offer three unique bourbons:
Legacy Series Bourbon (92 proof) – Classic and approachable with smooth depth
Wheater’s Select (99 proof) – Made with wheat for a softer, sweeter finish
Speakeasy Preferred (109 proof) – Bold, aged bourbon with Prohibition-era strength
Each expression reflects a different side of our craft—from easy-sipping to full-throttle flavor.
What makes wheated bourbon different?
Wheated bourbon replaces rye with wheat in the mash bill, creating a smoother, rounder flavor profile. Our Wheater’s Select is a perfect example—it’s slightly sweeter, with notes of vanilla and caramel that make it ideal for sipping or mixing.
What is the best way to enjoy your bourbon?
There’s no wrong way to enjoy great bourbon. We recommend sipping Legacy Series neat, using Wheater’s Select in a peach-forward cocktail, or pouring Speakeasy Preferred over a large ice cube to open up its deeper notes.
Is bourbon gluten-free?
Yes. Even though bourbon is made from grains that may contain gluten, the distillation process removes gluten proteins. All Broadstreet Infamous bourbons are considered gluten-free.
